COTY has extended its lease by another five years at Warsaw Towers.The beauty company occupies 2,636 sqm on two floors. Located on Sienna street, the building offers 21,000 sqm of class A office space on 15 floors. Tenants include Accenture, Adobe, PGE, BSC Real Estate Advisors, the Chinese Visa Application Center and the Golden Floor Conference Center. The building’s owner, CA Immo, also occupies space in the project, CA Immo owns eight office buildings in Poland. In addition to Warsaw Towers, the company’s portfolio includes Saski Crescent, Saski Point, Sienna Center, Warsaw Spire B, Warsaw Spire C, Wspólna, and Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center.
