Rise.pl, a flexible workplace provider, has leased 9 Kurniki Street in Kraków. Savills advised during the lease process. Rise.pl will offer both coworking space and cellular offices on 1,640 sqm. The space will also feature chillout zones and many conference rooms. “Krakow is the second largest coworking space and serviced office market in Poland, and Rise.pl is a leading provider of such spaces in the capital city of Lesser Poland. The new building, which boasts a central location and easy access to public transport, will be an ideal complement to the real estate portfolio of Rise.pl,” said Agnieszka Kuehn, senior consultant at Savills.
