In a deal worth €6.3m, Arena Hospitality Group, through its subsidiary Sugarhill Investments B.V., has entered into an agreement to buy the four-star 88 Rooms Hotel in Belgrade from MK Aviation Services. The property includes a restaurant, bar and conference room as well as fitness facilities. The deal is expected to close later this year. The acquisition is in line with Arena Hospitality Group’s strategy to expand its business across the CEE region.
