DB Schenker has leased 8,500 sqm of logistics space at Panattoni Park Poznań VIII. Savills represented the industrial provider during the lease process. The the industrial park offers 85,000 sqm in two buildings. “Panattoni responded to our client’s requirements with a first-rate location, space for further expansion and favorable lease terms. It is a new facility which was easily adapted to the needs of DB Schenker,” said Kamil Szymański, associate director at Savills.
