Mostostal Pomorze SA has leased 1,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in a production facility on Ostrów Island in Gdańsk. The tenant was represented by Cresa during the lease process. “Our client was looking for an assembly hall with a gantry crane of the height and lifting capacity required for construction of large steel structures. The scheme on the Ostrów Island with its nearby wharf and infrastructure will enable sea transport of structures to clients, substantially facilitating the operations of Mostostal Pomorze SA,” said Jakub Dudkiewicz, advisor for the industrial and warehouse department at Cresa Poland.
