Developers sell 16,500 new flats on Poland’s prime markets in Q1

Developers active on Poland’s six major markets sold 16,500 new flats in the first three months of this year, matching the sales volume achieved in the final quarter of 2018, according to the latest JLL residential market report. During this same period, 16,800 units were put on the market. Poznań and Łódź are experiencing a late boom, JLL writes, as sales on these markets reached record highs in the first quartel 2019.
