Immo Invest Partner is planning to develop a four-star hotel in Vukovar, eastern Croatia. The Swiss company intends to invest €26.9m into the project, which is expected to open by 2023. The scheme will go up on a site along the Danube River that has been vacant for nine years. It used to house the Dunav Hotel. The investor has 18 months to secure all the necessary permits. The new hotel will include 120 guest rooms , as well as several restaurants, offices and multimedia spaces.
