Deloitte has moved its headquarters to The Mark office building near Victoriei Square in Bucharest. The company occupies 8,500 sqm of space on eight floor of the S Immo-owned project. Approximately 700 Deloitte employees work out of the building. The company signed the lease agreement at the end of October. The deal was brokered by Knight Frank Romania. The Mark offers around 24,000 sqm of leasable space as well as parking for 345 vehicles.
