Warsaw’s total office stock stands at 5.5 million sqm

Office take-up during the first three months of 2019 totaled 140,000 sqm. The largest deal was signed by Wirtualna Polska, which took 7,000 sqm at the Business Garden office complex, while the biggest completion was Skanska’s 15,700 sqm Building B at Spark, according to Savills. Warsaw’s total office stock currently stands at nearly 5.5 million sqm, growing by 20,200 sqm in Q1. The development pipeline stood at 775,000 sqm at the end of March and included several high-rise office buildings like Mennica Legacy Tower, Skyliner, Varso Place, The Warsaw Hub, Warsaw Unit and a skyscraper that will be part of the Generation Park complex.
