Hochtief Polska has been selected as the general contractor for the Orlik residential scheme located on Rogalskiego street in Warsaw’s Gocław district. The value of the contract has not been disclosed. The developer of the project is ED Invest. An 8-storey building will offer 164 apartments as well as underground parking for 128 vehicles. Construction is set to start in the second quarter of 2019, with completion scheduled for the end of 2020.
