The Turkish developer Caba Group, known on the local market for the high-end residential project 102 The Address, will invest over €100m in the development of the second phase of the project’s second phase. Located in the immediate vicinity of the developing complex on a 20,000 sqm plot, the mixed used project includes offices, residential and commercial space. The project is expected to be one of the largest in Romania.
