Skanska has laid the cornerstone for its Centrum Południe office investment located at Powstańców Śląskich street in Wroclaw. The complex will consist of five buildings with a total space of 85,000 sqm. Two of the office buildings will be in the first phase of construction including 26,000 sqm of office space. The architectural design was completed by APA Wojciechowski. It’s the developer’s seventh office project in Wroclaw and the first in the region set to receive WELL certification.
