Zain Property Development, an Oman based investors, will being construction on a new residential complex in Podgorica. Zain Park is a €6m project that will be located on the site of a former military complex in Zagoric. Green areas and playgrounds will surround the complex, which was designed by the Podgorica-based studio Synthesis Design Architecture. Zain Property Development was set up in 2016. It bought the 9,696 sqm land the project will be built on for €752,201.
