Panattoni Europe is planning to build Panattoni Park Tricity North project in Gdynia. The 45,000 sqm facility will be located in the vicinity of the Baltic Container Terminal and the Tricity Bypass. The investment is the developer’s first logistics center in the Gdynia area. Construction is scheduled to begin in June with completion set for 2020. The project will meet the requirements of BREEAM certification.
