7R and InSite Real Estate have started construction an R&D facility for BWI Group. The 11,000 sqm BTS project will be located at Medweckiego street in Kraków. The energy efficient design will feature a technologically advanced gas turbine co-generation system to produce the energy required to power, heat, cool, and ventilate the building. Completion is scheduled for December 2019. BWI’s building is the first joint venture between 7R and InSite.
