Inhaus has been selected as the general contractor to build Marvipol Development’s Dwie Motławy apartment project in Gdańsk. The contract is worth PLN 25.9m net. The scheme will include 105 units, service spaces, an underground car park as well as road infrastructure. Completion is scheduled for November 2020.The investment is Marvipol Development’s first residential project outside Warsaw.
