SVN International Corp has opened a local real estate consultancy office that will trade under the name SVN Romania. SVN Romania’s activity will be coordinated by Andrei Sarbu (CEO) and Ionut Nicolescu (Partner), two consultants with over 12 years experience in real estate and sales. The company will operate on all segments of the real estate market, spanning from commercial to residential properties, new projects, credit brokerage, property management and valuations. It will also maintain a regional office in Cluj – Napoca. SVN Romania is the exclusive consultant and agent for over 10 residential projects, each with a minimum of 350. They include Aviatiei Park, Baba Novac Residence, Belvedere Residences, Cosmopolis, Park 20 and Soho Unirii. The company also manages about 550,000 square feet of office space and more than 1,000 commercial spaces.
