108 Agency has won the Warehouse Real Estate Agency prize at the HOF Awards 2019, which were held April 4 at the Marriott Hotel in central Prague. The company leased over 100,000 sqm in Slovakia and exceeded the 300,000 sqm level in the Czech Republic, with tenants of over 20,000 sqm including Huajie Development (24 700 sqm), Yusen Logistics (24 000 sqm), Panalpina (22 000 sqm) and Tamda Foods (20 000 sqm). The independently owned company has become a serious player on the two markets and continues expanding into other sectors as well.
The HOF Awards brings together top real estate professionals and teams from around Central & Eastern Europe who compete in over 30 categories for the honor to be called the Best of the Best. Each year, nominations are taken from the winners of the CIJ Awards, a series of property events held in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.
The HOF Awards are organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, publishers of the region’s leading property magazine, CIJ, and organizers of major property conferences as well as the CIJ Awards series throughout CEE.
