Real estate developer Gran Via has started work on a new residential project in Constanta, marking the first time the Spanish-owned company has worked outside the Romanian capital. Gran Via Marina will have a total of 1,200 apartments and should be completed in 2023. The project will cost €60m to build, without including the price of the land. “The project is planned in four phases,” says Antoanela Comsa, general manager of Gran Via’s local subsidiary. “We started land improvement works last autumn, finalized the basement, and now we are at the ground floor. The first stage, a block consisting of 192 dwellings, will be delivered in June 2020.”
