Sergey Koynov acted as CEO of Forton Cushman & Wakefield in Bulgaria in the period 2007-2013 covering Serbia and Macedonia. During 2013-2018 Sergey was co-CEO of AG Capital, a Bulgarian real estate group having 4 residential and commercial agencies, residential development and commercial development businesses.
Between 2017-2018 Sergey was responsible for the development of phase two of Polygraphia Office Center in Sofia, Bulgaria, which now totals 28,000 sqm of offices leased to EY, GFK, Groupama, etc.
From 2018 Sergey is co-CEO of Lion’s Head Management, the asset management company of Lion’s Head Investments, which acquired three office projects – Oregon Park in Bucharest and Megapark and Polygraphia Office Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. Koynov’s focus is acquisitions and asset management.
