The Romanian developer One United was a big winner at the HOF Awards 2019, held April 4 at the Marriott Hotel in central Prague. Along with its project One Charles de Gaulle being named the region’s best Residential Luxury Development, the company picked up the prize of Residential Developer. One United Properties is a leading developer of premium residential compounds and office buildings. It’s delivered 376 apartments in the past four years and has as many currently under construction. Last year, it confirmed a €100m investment in the Automatica site in Bucharest, a multifunctional complex that will include a high-end office building – One Tower.
Its winning project One Charles de Gaulle is the most exclusive residential project currently on the market and it is a recipient of the “Green Homes” certificate. The project with 33 units combines exceptional contemporary architecture with an elegant interior design produced by Lemon Interior Design.
