CBRE won the Office Real Estate Agency prize at the HOF Awards 2019, held last night at the Marriott Hotel in central Prague. The global brokerage enjoyed a strong year, said Mihai Paduroiu, Mihai Paduroiu, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services and Offices in CBRE’s Bucharest office. In accepting the winner’s statue for the entire regional team, Paduroiu said CBRE’s professional team took full advantage of the strong market across the region to achieve its outstanding results. He also paid tribute to the company’s Romanian team which now numbers nearly 160 in seven cities across the country.
The HOF Awards brings together top real estate professionals and teams from around Central & Eastern Europe who compete in over 30 categories for the honor to be called the Best of the Best. Each year, nominations are taken from the winners of the CIJ Awards, a series of property events held in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.
The HOF Awards are organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, publishers of the region’s leading property magazine, CIJ, and organizers of major property conferencesas well as the CIJ Awards series throughout CEE.
