Globalworth acquires Warsaw Trade Tower, Rondo Business Park

Globalworth has acquired the Warsaw Trade Tower and Rondo Business Park. The 38-story Warsaw Trade Tower is located in the capital’s Wola district and is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the city. The property, offering 45,400 sqm of leasable space, was acquired for €133m. Tenants include AXA, American Express, Leroy Merlin and Mattel. Rondo Business Park, located in northern Kraków, was acquired for €37m. The property offers 17,800 sqm in three buildings, leased to companies like Capgemini. Globalworth’s Polish portfolio now includes nearly 500,000 sqm of leasable space in office and mixed-use properties.
