DNB Bank Polska has renewed its lease agreement at Marynarska Point II in Warsaw, where it occupies approximately 3,000 sqm. The bank is part of the DNB group, a leading Norwegian financial group. “We are pleased that once again we were able to support DNB Bank Polska in the process of renegotiating the lease agreement at Marynarska Point II building,” said Izabela Ciszewska, Director of JLL. “The transaction shows that existing buildings can still encourage tenants to stay in a given location, offering not only attractive lease terms, but also flexibility and a range of facilities available in the building.” The area is accessible by public transport and the surrounding amenities feature the popular Galeria Mokotow shopping center.
