Atenor has acquired a 5,000 sqm plot of land in Budapest’s Rozsadomb neighborhood, where it is planning to build a green office project. To go up on Becsi street close to the Arpad and Megyeri bridges, the category A+ scheme will offer 15,000 sqm of space as well as underground parking, gardens and terraces. Construction is scheduled to break ground in the fourth quarter of this year.
