Construction has gotten underway on a build-to-suit project for Cerva Group at Prologis Park Prague-Airport. The 9,800 sqm project is an expansion of Cerva Group’s 32,000 sqm building at the site and marks the end of the entire development. Prologis Park Prague-Airport consists of a mix of five BTS and speculative facilities totalling nealry 136,000 sqm that are 92 percent leased. Tomáš Míka, logistic director, at Cerva Group, admitted that finding suitable logistics space in premium locations is becoming extremely difficult. The development is adjacent to the D6 motorway and is a five-minute drive from Prague’s airport.
