Molson Coors Global Business Services has leased 6,000 sqm in the second phase of The Bridge office project in Bucharest’s Orhideea neighborhood. Colliers International brokered the deal. The Bridge 2 building offers 20,000 sqm of space. Forte Partners sold The Bridge project to Dedeman last year but will continue to develop the third phase of the scheme, including project administration.
