Immobilien AG sold the Atrium International office building in Warsaw to Strabag Real Estate. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Patrizia was represented by JLL. Located on Jana Pawła II avenue in close proximity to the Rondo ONZ metro station, the central railway terminal and numerous tram and bus routes, Atrium International offers more than 12,000 sqm of leasable space on six floors. “This is the business heart of the region, where leading players from the banking, finance and modern technologies sector are increasingly willing to relocate,” said Daniel Puchalski, head of land advisory services at JLL. “Due to the very limited supply of land on the Warsaw market, sometimes the only opportunity for the development of an office project is to purchase an older building for modernization or extension.” The local development plan allows for the construction of a 135-meter office tower at the site.
