Hillwood is developing a new logistics center, totaling nearly 170,000 sqm of space, in Łódź. The investment will go up in two phases at the junction of Trasa Górna and Rzgowska streets. The first warehouse, offering 75,000 sqm and 10-meter storage heights, is scheduled for completion in November. Bremer will oversee construction. “Hillwood Łódź will provide efficient access to the S8 route and the A1 motorway, while the proximity of the city center means that employees will have convenient access to their place of work by public transport, while enabling tenants from the retail, e-commerce, distribution and production sectors to access their consumers quickly,” said Hubert Michalak, CEO of Hillwood Poland.
