Erbud is planning to start construction on 144 apartments that will be part of the Port Popowice project in Wrocław. The project is a joint mixed-use scheme by Vantage Development and Rank Progress that will go up on a site that used to house the city’s former port. The apartments will range in size from 29 sqm to 106 sqm. The design is by Pracownia Projektowa Maćków. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020.
