The developer and construction group T.E has completed Milhouse, its 5-storey apartment building with 14 residential units in the center of Brno. In addition to classic flats, the design by Chybík+Krištof also offers lofts with 6-meter ceilings and commercial space. It’s located on the corner of Mlýnská anad Masná streets. “Milhouse is our first ever project in Brno,” said T.E partner Petr Teplý. “But our development activity in Brno won’t end with this completion. Last year we managed to acquire a 2.5 ha plot of land in Starý Lískovec on which we’re planning to build a multifunctional complex.” All 14 units in Milhouse were sold before the building was issued its occupancy permit.
