Lokum Developer has started apartments sales for its Lokum Villa Nova project. Going up on Jaskółcza street in Wrocław’s Kowale district, the scheme will offer 98 apartments in six three-story buildings. The apartments will range in size from 58 sqm to 105 sqm. Most of the units will have at least one large balcony, while those located on the ground floor will have private gardens. Lokum Villa Nova will also include an underground car park and storage rooms as well as a green courtyard with a playground. Prices per sqm start at PLN 7,600. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2020.
