CPI Property Group became a member of the Czech Green Building Council, while committing to making its buildings more environmentally friendly. “We consider the Czech Green Building Council to be a key initiative in the area of the environment in connection with real estate and the construction industry,” said Tomáš Salajka. “What’s excellent is that it extends to the Central European region.” He said that as a member it would take an active part in the working group that’s seeking innovative solutions for making building operations more effective. He said that environmentally friendly buildings should become the standard in the Czech Republic and that this would help improve the quality of life for people in the country.
