The Austrian based company FLE GmbH has acquired the Achat Premium Budapest, according to the Budapest Business Journal. The purchase of the 4-star hotel was made on behalf of Luxembourg fund FLE SICAV FIS. Located on Hungaria korut, the Achat Premium offers 135 rooms and suites. It sits close to the Hungexpo Budapest Fair Center and the Ferenc Listz airport. FLE operates mostly in Germany and Austrian but is undertaking an expasnion in the CEE region.
