Big Shopping Centers, Mega Or Holdings and a group of institutional investors have acquired a 51-percent stake in Africa Israel Properties, the mother company of AFI Europe. The deal is worth €303m. Big Shopping Centers and Mega Or Holdings will each now control 13 percent of AIP shares, while the remaining 74 percent of shares are controlled by several institutional investors or will be traded on the capital market.
