In an investment worth €19m, Normal Company is planning to develop a new residential project in downtown Podgorica. Ljubovic Hill Homes, to go up just below the city’s Ljubovic Hill, will include 240 apartments, ranging between 28 sqm and 101 sqm, in two six-story buildings. The ground floor will offer restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket, kindergarten, pharmacy and bakery. The scheme will also have underground parking.
