The Porto Montenegro luxury residential complex in Tivat along the Montenegrin coast is being expanded. Located near Regent Pool Club Residences, Elena Residence, which will officially open this summer, includes 50 housing units as well as several business units. The project is valued at €21m. More than 20 local companies and around 400 workers were involved in the development process.
