Space Tower, Sofia’s newest business center, was completed more than a month ahead of schedule. Located along Tsarigradsko shose boulevard, the scheme offers 17,000 sqm of space on nine floors and includes a restaurant, coffee shop, conference room and parking for 120 vehicles. IT company Experian has already leased 11,602 sqm and will move 1,200 employees to the location. Construction, which started in May 2017, was overseen by Glavbolgarstroy. Delivery was scheduled for April. Ivo Petkov-Architects prepared the design.
