Panattoni Park Zielona Góra is scheduled to be expanded. The property will eventually offer more than 130,000 sqm in six buildings. Nearly 75,000 sqm of space is currently under construction, with an additional 50,000 sqm to break ground before the end of the first quarter. “The success of Zielona Góra and also of our distribution center, considering the time it took for the space in the buildings to be taken up, is definitely down to the location, in the west of Poland and in the immediate neighborhood of Germany, as well as to the road infrastructure with the S3 route,” said Dorota Jagodzińska, managing director of Panattoni Europe. “Also, one should not disregard the enormous potential offered by the city’s universities or the special economic zones and industrial parks around the voivodeship. All these factors contribute to the fact that many international companies, German, Scandinavian, Dutch, but also Swiss, look to this market as an investment destination, particularly thanks to the very good cooperation with the City Hall.”
