NEPI Rockcastle has been given permission to start underground work on the planned extension of Promenade Mall in northern Bucharest. This is the first step toward securing a construction permit for surface work, which will include the extension of the shopping gallery as well as the construction of an office building. The center will offer seven basement levels and a ground floor. The property will include a total of three buildings, ranging from two, four and 11 floors respectively, with a maximum height of 80 meters.
