Construction on a new Courtyard by Marriott in Banja Luka is in its final stage. The four-star hotel is scheduled to open in June. It will include 118 guest rooms as well as a restaurant, conference room for 150 people and three smaller halls. Investment costs are estimated at €10m. MMI Project Development will operate the property under a franchise agreement signed with Marriott in 2017.
Marriott International has around 6,200 hotels and more than 1.2 million guest rooms in 125 countries. In the region, it operates in Zagreb, Belgrade, Sarajevo and Skoplje.
