The Bulgarian battery producer Monbat will be building a new plant in Vratsa. The company will invest €21.4m into the new production facility, which is designed to turnout one million rechargeable batteries with a staff of 150 people. Monbat has production plants in Sofia, Montana and Dobrich and is active in 60 countries.
Monbat generates more than 12 percent of its revenues on its home market, with nearly 88 percent coming from exports to markets around the world.
