A new luxury resort is to open in June in Rezevici along the Montenegren coast. It will consist of eight 500-sqm villas, each offering up to four bedrooms, along with more than a dozen 114 sqm apartments. The resort will also include swimming pools and a private beach along with a spa, gym and a restaurant for guests. The Russian company Sinergy acted on behalf of the investor, whose name was unknown to Investitor, the news site that broke the story.
