One Tower, the office component of One Floreasca City in Bucharest, has secured LEED v4 Core & Shell Platinum pre-certification. One Tower will feature 23,867 sqm of leasable space, which breaks down to an area of 1,400 sqm per floor. The building will also be equipped with electric car charging stations as well as parking for bicycles, changing rooms and showers. The multifunctional complex is being developed by One United Properties.
