Hagag Development Europe obtained a building permit for the H Victoriei 139 residential project in Bucharest. The developer has earmarked €10m for the project, which includes the refurbishment and consolidation of an old building along Calea Victoriei boulevard. Construction is set to start within the next two months, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020. The scheme will offer a total of 33 two-, three-and four-room residential units on 3,200 sqm.
