Alexandru Tiron is investing more than €10m into the development of 223 apartments in western Bucharest. Construction of the Yola Residence complex broke ground in December and is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2021. Yola Residence will offer one-, two- and three-room apartments with prices ranging from €49,900 to €82,900. Parking spaces will sell for €3,000. The Concept Group is in charge of sales.
