The Port of Kotor, along Montenegro’s Adriatic coast, is set to undergo a €4.6m expansion. The project is expected to take five years to complete. The first phase, to be delivered later this year, will include the construction of four pylons, which would allow 300-meter cruise-liners to navigate through the bay. This phase of the project is valued at €1.5m. Kotor has become an increasingly popular point for cruise routes, with 530 confirmed reservations for this year alone, according to local news reports.
