BF .direkt has added a second member to its board of directors. Manuel Koppel has been with the development finance specialist since 2014 and is the head of finance and risk management and he is in charge of structuring institutional finance for the company. The company’s CEO Franceso Fedele will continue to focus on strategic marketing and sales. “BF.direkt AG’s business grew strongly last year,” Fedele said. “That makes the expansion of the board of directors a logical next step. Over the last four-and-a-half years, Manuel Köppel has made a very significant contribution to our growth and will take responsibility for new areas of our business going forward.” Koppell said he will be looking into developing the company’s alternative financing business for institutional investors.”
