CTP’s Romanian portfolio hit 1 million sqm of class A industrial space in 2018. The developer operates 15 logistics and industrial parks throughout Bucharest and nine other cities across the country. CTP delivered more than 300,000 sqm of high-quality logistics space in 2018. Its assets include CTPark Bucharest West, which is the largest master-planned industrial park in Romania as well as Central Europe. The park currently has 400,000 sqm of built area. CTP plans to increase the volume to 1 million sqm in the coming years.
