AEW has handed over the property management duties for the Myslbek building in downtown Prague to Cushman & Wakefield as part of a wider international deal. In Poland, C&W is also taking over the management of two shopping centers and office centers. The deal took effect at the beginning of February. āThe objective of our international tenders, which we started in late 2018, was to find a single partner for the management of selected properties in the Czech Republic and in Poland. Cushman & Wakefield has extensive experience in commercial property management and the largest team on the market, hence we believe that our collaboration will be successful and fruitful,ā says ZdenÄk Hausvater, Director of Asset Management in AEW. Myslbek is a 25,000 sqm office and retail property that accommodates 44 tenants on six floors, along with an H&M flagship brand shop.
